We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice. The young man who ran the breakfast made sure we had something even though we were late. I didn't know breakfast ended at 10. The man at the front desk was also very nice. The room was great It was clean and i enjoyed the shower. Overall the hotel was great. Would stay again.
One night stay with 2 dogs. Easy check-in, nice facility, safe and convenient, lovely grassy area out back to walk the dogs. Room was a bit aged (missing floor moldings, laminate floor a bit worn) but not a big deal at all. Could be brighter lighting in the room. Will definitely stay there again!
Really comfy bed and spacious rooms. Had a fridge, microwave, & stovetop. Pets stay free and had a nice small breakfast. Only downside water didn't get very hot. Check in was through quality in which was a little confusing at first
. Rooms were comfy. Just. Not. Up to par. Mold on wall. Housekeeping id ok. Gives stained towels and leaves floor wet. Fell twice not to mention they wouldn't take a report other then that. It's been a. Nice stay
The staff was accommodating. The rooms were nice, they didn't smell bad, but didn't smell good. They didn't seem to be as clean as they should be, like dusted, wiped down better. Bathroom wasn't dirty but it could of been cleaned better. I never saw any housekeeping, not even in the hallway cleaning any rooms. It is a quiet place, lots of parking, close to highway. I would stay again and would recommend this place.
The rooms aren’t too bad, We were a displaced family of three and we stayed at suburban Studios for almost 4 months. Breakfast were fantastic. Service was good. The people at the front desk were really nice. I would definitely recommend you to stay there if you’re not looking for anything fancy.. My kids and I are truly grateful for the staff at suburban Studios.. Thank you for everything
The general experience was pleasant, Rooms are what you’d expect in a 2 star. The 4 star leading factor was that right outside my window some people started blasting music at about 2 am and were outside talking loudly in their car for about an hour
No bugs, no smell as other reviews have mentioned. Wasnt spotless in the way 5-star hotels would be. No mattress protector was my only concern. Best price compared to all the other options in the area (including Airbnb!). We checked in very late and it wasn't a problem. Very smooth check-in and check-out process. Would stay here again!
